Your membership agreement will be active for a minimum of 6 months.
Absolutely not! The funds deposited into your customer account will remain there until you decide to use them.
We require 30-day notice to cancel your membership. Any money in your customer account will remain there until you choose to use it. This amount in your account cannot be refunded, it will need to be used for products and services at MD Optimal Health & Aesthetics.
